Face of the Day - The Brighter the Better

What kind of a person would I be if I said I loved bright colors but I never showed you any of my favorite bright colors? Well, I hope I have achieved my goal with this look. I was inspired by all of my favorite bright colors in my collection. I know this isn't a particularly wearable look, however I thought it was really fun. I used an array of colors from orange to turquoise to purple to pink. I really wanted to hit the 80's on the head with my lipstick and blush while still bringing a bit of mystery and fun to the eyes. Face of the Day - Soft Neutrals with Mac Pigments

I have been requests for more neutral looks. This is a neural look using Mac Pigments. I wanted to make the skin look soft and glowing, but still natural. I decided against using a highlight because I thought it would make the skin look too shiny. Instead I really played up my skin with Nars Sheer Glow and then I applied a soft cheek color with a natural lips to compliment my brown neutral eye. I think the complete look is very soft, neutral and would compliment a wide variety of skin tones. I highly recommend Mac Naked Pigment if you do not already own it. It's amazing! You will put it on your eyes and say..."WOW, why haven't I owned this yet?" Yeah, it's that amazing! Enjoy!

Face of the Day - Muted Colorful Eyes with Bright Lips

I wanted to do a look incorporating muted turquoise greens, grays and purples, however I didn't want the look to look clownish. I decided on this look because I thought the lips would bring some brightness while the eyes remained subtle and muted enough to be wearable. The trick to keeping your eyes simple is to use brown eyeliner instead of black eyeliner. It really helps to keep the eyes soft wand pretty. I hope you all enjoy!

Face of the Day - A Pretty Brown Wearable Eye with the Naked Palette

I have been getting a lot of requests for looks with the Urban Decay Naked Palette. I decided to do a quick face of the day using the Urban Decay Naked Palette to achieve a very wearable, yet semi-smokey eye. I think this look is very wearable and pretty easy to achieve. Spring Face of the Day with TheBalm Palette

This is a face of the day inspired by Spring and The Balm Shady Lady Palette Volume 3. I wanted to use purple, but I didn't want to do "another purple tutorial", so I decided to make this look a face of the day. I want to let you all know that this weekend and the next week I will be pretty busy with school. I have a pretty big exam coming up and class on Saturday and Sunday (yes, I said SUNDAY!), so my video creation process is significantly hampered during this period. I will continue to do face of the days, but I won't be able to have as many videos for you all. I will get back to normal speed with videos with the Mac Jeanius Collection (March 3rd). Classic Smokey Eye with The Balm Shady Lady Palette Vol. 3

This is a super simple classic smokey eye using TheBalm Shady Lady Volume 3. This is one of my go-to favorite looks and super easy to achieve. Bright Teal Eyes with Super Nude Lips Using TheBalm Shady Lady Vol 3. & Mac Viva Glam Gaga 2

The first of TheBalm Shady Lady Volume 3 looks had to be anything but traditional. I initially filmed the entire Overview and first tutorial with a classic smokey eye for a more everyday approach to this palette. But upon reviewing the overview video I decided it would be a lot more exciting and fun if my makeup was out there and fun for the first tutorial. I decided to scratch the first overview video and re-film the overview with a bright and bold makeup look. I decided to use teal and purple, because I think teal and purple compliment each other well. I decided to whip out my brand new Mac Viva Glam Gaga 2 for a "make it work" moment. I think the look is actually really pretty and goes nicely with the bright eyes. I hope you all enjoy!

A Combination of Greens, Purples and Pinks Makeup Tutorial

The point of this look was to use palettes already in my collection or yours with the Mac Wonder Woman Valiant Palette to create a really nice pretty look. I used the Too Faced Romantic Eye Palette and the Laura Mercier Silk Road Palette in combination with the Mac Valiant Palette to create this look.
